JOHN MAJOR INDUCTED INTO NATIONAL WRESTLING HALL OF FAME
On May 22, 2011, past head coach, John Major, was inducted into the Michigan Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Coach Major founded the program in the fall of 1979 and remained the head coach until his departure in 1988. During his tenure at Brother Rice, Coach Major led Warrior wrestlers to 2 Individual State Championships and 11 Individual All-State honors. John has also served as the head coach at Hillsdale H.S. and assistant coach at Reading H.S.
